                  What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay and Apple Pay
Can I pay via Paypal/Klarna?

                      Delivery
                    
                  How much is delivery?
All orders are charged at a flat delivery rate of £3.95. If your order value excluding delivery is £40 or more, delivery is free. We only deliver to England, Scotland, Wales.
How will my product be packed?
Products will be dispatched in good quality cardboard boxes or shipping bags. Some boxes may be reused and have markings, labels or tape depicting other brands.
Who will deliver my order?
EVRi is our delivery partner
How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
We aim to dispatch products within two working days of an order being placed and you will be notified of this. Your item should then be received within 2-5 business days.
Can I track my delivery?
When your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
Can I collect my order?
We aren’t able to offer click and collect.
Can I change my delivery address?
Once an order is placed you are unable to change the delivery address.

                  Where is my order?
You will receive notification when your order has been shipped. From then, your item should be received with 2-3 business days but up to 5 business days. If you do not receive your item within this time, please Contact us
How do I cancel my order?
Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled. As we aim to dispatch items within two working days of an order being placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled. However, if you have not received your dispatch notice yet please Contact us

                      Returns and refunds
                    
                  What is the returns policy?
Unwanted products can be returned within 14 days as long as they are unopened and in the condition that they were delivered in.
How do I return an item?
- Please package your item securely to ensure it is not damaged during its return delivery to us.
 - Find your order confirmation in your emails and click “view your order"
 - Click "request return".
 - Enter your email address to log in. This will send you an email containing a 6 digit code. Please input the code.
 - Select “Refund Reason” and input a note explaining why you are returning the item and then click "Request return".
 - You will then receive an email with instructions on how to package your product and where to take it to.
 
When will my refund be processed?
Once your returned item is received, you will receive notification. We aim to process all refunds within two business days.
Do I pay for returns?
No, there is no cost for returning a product.
