What is the returns policy?
Unwanted products can be returned within 14 days as long as they are unopened and in the condition that they were delivered in.
How do I return an item?
- Please package your item securely to ensure it is not damaged during its return delivery to us.
- Find your order confirmation in your emails and click “view your order"
- Click "request return".
- Enter your email address to log in. This will send you an email containing a 6 digit code. Please input the code.
- Select “Refund Reason” and input a note explaining why you are returning the item and then click "Request return".
- You will then receive an email with instructions on how to package your product and where to take it to.
When will my refund be processed?
Once your returned item is received, you will receive notification. We aim to process all refunds within two business days.
Do I pay for returns?
No, there is no cost for returning a product.
